What we cannot
- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty claims, which are handled by the manufacturer
- Assembly, gas-connection or installation support for a unit already delivered - follow the manufacturer’s own manual for that
Footprint questions are usually answered faster by the sizing pages, where published figures are worked through for every modular set.
